General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdo99 platform and all its services. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

2.3 Verification (KYC)

bdo99 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. 3.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Funds sent through a third party or from an anonymous source are not accepted. Refunds for such deposits are entirely at bdo99's discretion.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will be processed only through the same payment method used for the original deposit. Any bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal request is made. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of incomplete verification or an ongoing investigation.

Withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes.
Bank transfers may take somewhat longer to process.
Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

bdo99 follows a strict policy against money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored and any unusual activity may be reported to the relevant authorities. Deposits and withdrawals must be limited to betting and gaming activities only.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 will earn the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

Each member is eligible to receive each bonus offer only once.
Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
Completing the wagering requirement before withdrawing is mandatory after claiming a bonus.
Before the wagering requirement is met, only the original deposited amount can be withdrawn; however, doing so will forfeit the bonus.
bdo99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 VIP Program

bdo99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback rates are as follows:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any violation may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

Using the platform through software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug in the system.
Placing conflicting bets on the same market from multiple accounts.
Attempting to abuse or circumvent the terms of any promotion or bonus.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
Providing false or misleading information.

5.2 Account Termination

bdo99 may, at its own discretion, temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any reason. If a member's account is closed due to involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, all funds in the account (including bonuses and bonus winnings) may be forfeited. If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the original deposited amount will be returned.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All sports betting and casino games at bdo99 are conducted fairly. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet fails to process due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies when placing bets on sports markets:

If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
In the event of a technical interruption during a match, the outcome of the bet will be at bdo99's discretion.
In the event of any dispute over a result, bdo99's decision will be considered final.
